Penny’s B&B is located in the quiet seaside town of Frinton-on-Sea. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful, long sandy beach and the greensward. Tide information may be found here.

We’re inside the gates (of course), and just a few minutes walk from Connaught Avenue, our main street where you’ll find artesan shops and cafes along side well known high street brands.

Frinton Links Golf Club is one of the oldest in Essex, established in 1895, there is both an 18 hole and 9 hole course.

Frinton-on-Sea Lawn Tennis Club is a thriving multi-sport and social club. Founded in 1899 they offer tennis, squash, swimming, gym, croquet, pétanque, pickleball and more for all ages and abilities.

Walton-on-the-Naze and Clacton are close by, Colchester is a 30 minute drive away where you can visit Colchester Zoo.

Further afield you may enjoy a day trip to Aldeburgh, Snape, Dedham (the home of Constable), or even take the train to London Liverpool Street Station.
