We offer you a relaxing B&B experience in our home. The property is closed to guests between the hours of 10.30am and 4.30pm enabling you to take full advantage of the delights of Frinton-by-Sea.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Please note that there is a sloped path down to the beach.

There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

For the best fish & chips in Frinton try Young’s Other Plaice.

Our favourite café is Bird & Bean.

£85 per room per night (based on two people sharing)

A Child or Baby sharing your room £25 per night (includes small bed/cot and high chair)

Single occupancy 10% reduction, £76.50 per night

For 3 nights or more, 10% reduction, £76.50 per night

Fees include: bed linen, bedding, towels, tea towels

Our Beach Hut may be hired for the day. It includes 2 beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There is also a small gas cooker to make hot drinks.

Please wash up any cups, crockery and cutlery you have used and leave our Beach Hut as you have found it. Thank you.

Well behaved, small dogs are welcome here. Please request further details when booking.

There is lots of space on our drive for one large car, then there is ample free roadside parking outside the property.

We are a 12 minute walk from Frinton train station (0.6 miles). Greater Anglia trains can whisk you to the seaside directly from London Liverpool Street Station.

For cancellations from 48 hours before check in, there may be a discretionary partial refund up to 50% of the fee paid.
